A 3-day embodied exploration of presence, energy, and relational awareness
This three-day workshop offers an intimate introduction to Alchemy of Touch™ — an embodied, consciousness-based approach that meets the body as a living gateway into awareness, perception, and relationship.
Rather than working on the body, the approach invites a way of listening with and through the body — sensing how energy, breath, tissue, and nervous system intelligence — including vagal regulation — are already in conversation.
The work is rooted in direct experience.
It is relational, non-invasive, and guided by presence rather than technique.
What this workshop explores
Over the course of these days, participants are invited into a gentle yet precise field of inquiry, including:
- Frequency-based meditations to refine inner listening and perceptual sensitivity
- Non-invasive touch practices, including belly awareness, as a way to sense energetic flow and regulation through the body
- An embodied understanding of how the nervous system, fascia, breath, and fluid movement relate to perception and aliveness
- Self-practices such as neurogenic tremors, offered for personal exploration and embodied understanding
- Shared reflection and relational awareness, exploring how energy and presence shape how we meet ourselves and others
The emphasis is not on learning techniques, but on opening perception — allowing something to soften, reorganise, and become more available from within.
Who this workshop is for
This workshop is for people who wish to deepen their relationship with themselves through embodied awareness, and to explore energy and presence in a grounded, lived way.
It is well suited for those already engaged in consciousness-based practices — such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, or somatic inquiry — as well as for those who feel a genuine curiosity to explore these dimensions for the first time, and sense a readiness to listen through the body.
Bodyworkers or touch practitioners often find this workshop supportive in refining perception beyond technique.
The focus of the days is experiential and introductory in nature.
Rather than offering a technical training, the workshop invites participants into direct sensing, listening, and embodied understanding — allowing insights to emerge organically and be integrated in ways that feel natural and appropriate for each individual.
No prior experience with Alchemy of Touch™ is required.
Workshop flow
The workshop begins with an opening evening to arrive, orient, and establish a shared container of consent and presence.
Friday and Saturday offer full days of embodied exploration.
On Sunday, the work is gently integrated and closed in the afternoon.
Exact daily timings will be shared by the organisers.
An invitation
This workshop offers a glimpse into a larger body of work, while standing fully on its own.
It is an invitation to slow down.
To listen beneath technique.
And to sense how the body — when met with presence — becomes a gateway into deeper awareness, connection, and aliveness.
Holding the Work (Facilitators)

Tapesh F. Paradiso
Tapesh Paradiso’s work emerges from a lifelong immersion in meditation, conscious touch, and embodied inquiry. Shaped through sustained engagement with meditative practice and direct transmission, his approach is grounded in presence and a deep listening to the intelligence of the body.
His teaching moves at the intersection of touch, awareness, and subtle energetic perception. Through a quality of contact that is precise, relational, and unforced, he supports the softening of long-held patterns and the restoration of vitality, coherence, and inner quiet.

Anouk H. Devi
Anouk Devi’s work is rooted in a deeply personal and embodied path of healing and transformation. Her approach grew from early immersion in somatic inquiry and self-healing, shaping a refined sensitivity to how the body reorganises through presence, touch, and awareness.
Her work is grounded in a body-based, bottom-up orientation, where nervous system awareness, fascial intelligence, conscious touch, energy psychology, breath, and frequency are understood as one integrated field. Through attunement rather than method, she supports regulation, fluidity, and a deepening of embodied perception — allowing insight to arise directly through lived experience.
At the heart of her work is meditation as a lived orientation, informing how touch, relationship, and consciousness are met moment by moment.
Together
Together, Tapesh and Anouk transmit Alchemy of Touch™ as a living, evolving approach — rooted in the body, informed by meditation, and guided by relational presence.
Their shared work prioritises listening over technique, transmission over instruction, and direct experience over theory — allowing each participant to meet the work in a way that is grounded, embodied, and true.

Daily Schedule Overview
(subject to change)
Thursday – Arrival & Opening
The workshop begins on Thursday evening with an opening session to arrive together and enter the field of the work.
This evening includes a guided meditation, an introduction to the orientation of Alchemy of Touch™, and the establishment of a shared container of presence, consent, and relational awareness. Participants are gently oriented to listening through the body and the relational field.
Friday & Saturday – Immersion
Friday and Saturday offer full days of embodied exploration.
The days weave together:
- meditation and frequency-based attunement
- experiential and energy-aware practices
- non-invasive conscious touch, including belly awareness
- nervous system and fascial-oriented exploration
- moments of shared reflection and guided self-inquiry
Practices are introduced as lived experiences rather than techniques, allowing perception, sensitivity, and embodied understanding to deepen gradually and at a natural pace.
Time is held with spaciousness, supporting integration and rest alongside exploration.
Sunday – Integration & Closing
On Sunday, the work is gently integrated and brought toward completion.
The final day includes integrative practices, reflection, and space to sense how the experiences of the previous days are landing in the body and nervous system. The workshop closes in the afternoon, around 16:00.
