Carlos Romero is an amazing yoga teacher living in Bali. He will come to us sharing his wide knowlegde and experience in the field of yoga, movement and meditation. This is a unique opportunity to learn from one of the best. What for you usually have to travel thousands of miles far east.

  • In this three days you will dive deep into different styles of yoga practices like Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
  • The goal is to find flow, joy and playfulness in your own yoga practice, your work as a yoga teacher and your life in general.
  • You will learn how you can integrate the art of flow in your yoga practice.
  • It is a ideal training for yoga teachers but you can also attend if you are new to the field of yoga.

The Roots to your Essence

Discovering the roots to your inner essence with Emphasis on the holistic approach of a yin yang practice. A journey of integration, realign with source through the practice of presence, Breath and conscious movement. Dive into the Fascinating world of the connective tissue (Fascia) and experience the true meaning of “being in flow”.


Embodiment and Flow

This Emersion is open to all Levels and all ages. To those looking to enquire into the feeling and embodiment of flow you will learn and experience a deeper connection to yourself by bringing this element of flow into movement as well as stillness through the practice of Vinyasa, Yin, Soundhealing and meditation.

Carlos Romero is a Surfyogi and a devoted Yoga teacher, who has been immersed in the journey of self-exploration through Yoga for over 15 years. 
After finishing his first Yoga Teacher Training in Sivananda Divine Life Society School (2002) he has continued to deepen his Yoga practice and expand the scope of his studies in Asthanga, Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Dharma Mittra Yoga, Anusara, Yin and Embodied Flow. In 2005, he became a Thai Yoga Massage therapist and continued his exploration and studies into other forms of movement and healing. He discovered AcroYoga (2010) on a surf trip and since then has been dedicated to share this practice as a way to explore the connection and confidence to all those who feel the beauty of combining Yoga, Acrobatics and Healing Arts.
